In case of any query or potential breach, it should first be raised with the immediate supervisor or the Criminal Compliance Body in order to resolve it properly.
GRUPO BONIQUET S.L. provides an internal communication channel for the receipt, processing and resolution of reports related to acts or conduct that may be contrary to applicable regulations or to the Corporate Code of Ethics and Conduct, within the company, in the actions of third parties contracting with it or to its detriment (the Whistleblowing Channel). This channel may also be used to submit suggestions, queries or proposals related to the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

This channel is intended for submitting questions or inquiries to the Criminal Compliance Body regarding the interpretation and implementation of the Code of Ethics and internal regulations.
Whistleblowing Channel
It is a means to report any potential risk of non-compliance with the Code of Ethics, as well as any irregular, unlawful or criminal conduct that may be known.
All such inquiries and reports will be received and managed by the Criminal Compliance Body in accordance with the established internal regulations or procedures. The Code of Ethics is available on the corporate intranet for consultation.
