Foundation and early years
1974 – Fernando Campoy begins his professional career in the oral health sector, specializing in the manufacture of dental products.
1989 – After 15 years of experience as Industrial Director in the pharmaceutical industry, Fernando Campoy founds Laboratorio Boniquet, establishing a project focused on the formulation, manufacturing and packaging of toothpastes and mouthwashes for third parties.
Diversification and international expansion
After consolidating its position in the national market, Grupo Boniquet begins its international expansion by incorporating Laboratorio Boniquet Mexico into its shareholder structure.
Merger and creation of Grupo Boniquet Sparchim
The Group accelerates its growth strategy with the acquisition of Laboratorios Sparchim, expanding its portfolio towards wet wipes and personal care products.
Consolidation and growth
Grupo Boniquet strengthens its industrial capacity through the acquisition of Laboratorios Cosmoral, driving sustained growth in the oral health business.
Current situation and future projections
As part of its diversification and sector consolidation strategy, Grupo Boniquet incorporates Laboratorio Procare into its business structure, specializing in personal care products and styling waxes, thus ensuring greater production capacity.

Sparchim Laboratory

The laboratory, located in Arganda del Rey, has a surface area of 13,000 m² dedicated to the manufacture of wet wipes and personal care products.
Procare Laboratory
Madrid
The laboratory, located in Arganda del Rey, has a surface area of 11,000 m² and is specialized in the manufacture of personal care and hair care products, covering hygiene, treatment and styling.
Cosmoral Laboratory
Alicante
The laboratory, located in Alcoy, has a surface area of 12,000 m² and is specialized in the manufacture of toothpastes and mouthwashes.
Boniquet Laboratory
México
The laboratory, located in Mexico City, has a surface area of 3,600 m² and is specialized in the manufacture of oral hygiene products.
